The auction will be held on Friday, July 31st. This is Tract 4 of the five tracts being offered and it consists of 353.70 ± total acres with 283.14 ± cropland acres. The Properties will be offered in five (5) individual tracts, in numerical order beginning with Tract 1 and continuing through Tract 5. Each tract will be offered separately. Tracts will not be combined, and bidding will not be reopened or revisited once a tract has closed. Bidding on Tract 1 is scheduled to end at 10:30AM. Bidding will be conducted exclusively online in numerical order, beginning with Tract 1 and continuing through Tract 5. A ten (10) minute recess will occur between the close of one tract and the start of bidding on the next. Bidding will be conducted on a per-acre basis using the total number of acres noted on the brochure. A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price. To determine the purchase price reflected in the contract, take the high bid amount, add the 10% buyer's premium, and multiply that total by the number of acres purchased. This tract has 203.46 ± acres enrolled in CRP under a contract running October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2035, generating an annual payment of $7,528.00 ($37.00/acre). This tract has previously been enrolled in the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks Walk-In Hunting Access (WIHA) program, with a historical annual payment of $2,088.00, and should be eligible for future enrollment at the Buyer's discretion; interested buyers should contact KDWP directly regarding enrollment opportunities.
